Our friendly community has grown extremely well over the past year, with the inclusion of more European players and even a female gamer to boot! On the gaming side we have expanded from a core-EVE Online gaming group into a fully developed multi gaming clan. Included in our array of games are Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2 SF and Counter Strike 1.6 servers... not to mention the games we play together outside the core-servers. With the aid of GameServers.com we host all of our servers on top-end machines matched to the high performance needs for modern-day gaming warfare.

 

KVEC members also have no shortage of events to keep them on their toes from match series on ClanBase.com and impromptu practice matches internally and against other clans. These events have taken us from merely a social gaming group to a well organised team both tactically on the field, and in arms against other clans. Throughout all these activities we always try to promote a friendly, open environment where players of all skill levels have a chance to play alongside each other in a fun atmosphere.

In the future we plan to expand further incorporating more games, and especially more members! On the horizon currently we have Unreal Tournament 2007, Quake Wars, Crysis, CSS, Moha, Bf22142 and Crysis all of which we will be considering adding for access to all of the KVEC clan. The games we support are among the most advanced on the market which only adds to the excitement of being able to actively engage in some of the most graphically jaw-dropping gaming available.

On April 19th at 8am BST, the datacenter where our London servers are hosted at will be undergoing a power upgrade. In order for the datacenter to upgrade the power to this facility, they have scheduled a mandatory maintenance window of roughly 6 hours. During the 6 hour maintenance window, there will be approximately 1 hour of downtime for all server at the beginning of this maintenance window.. During the 1 hour of downtime, all servers that are in this datacenter must be powered down. Once we receive word that the power is back up, we will begin the process of turning up all of our servers. If you have any questions or concerns about this power outage, please feel free to contact support at anytime.

That time of year has arrived again, 1st of march. Our 4th birthday. We would like to take this oppertunity to thank every one who is, and has been involved with KVEC. members past and present, and anyone who has visited our site and played in our servers. Without you we would not be where we are today. 4 years have flown by, and what a eventfull 4 years it has been. i would especialy like to thank those players from the aix community, as out of all the games i have played and im sure i speak for other members here also, the community is like no other i have exprienced. thank you to the following teams/clans TI_GER BlackCats and all the individual players we have met along the way, for thier fantastic support and feedback, map ideas etc, many thanks to all of you. so without waffleing on, many thanks to all.
